Despite high temperatures across Southern California desert town, The LPGA Tournament will be played within a bubble to protect players and officials from possible exposure to COVID-19. “We’ll have new coolers and new cooler stands that hold more water. We’ll have 1,500 ice towels. Caddies can use golf carts, and so can players Monday through Wednesday.” Alyssa Randolph, the ANA tournament manager, said.
The heat at the ANA Inspiration will definitely play a factor for the LPGA Tour pros teeing it up in Rancho Mirage this week. https://t.co/1W8L1rXLsv
