CB Aqib Talib announces retirement, declining Bill Belichick's offer

 Bill Belichick tried to convince five-time Pro Bowl cornerback Aqib Talib for another contract, Talib said his heart wasn't in it anymore. 

Aqib Talib says prior to his retirement he strongly considered rejoining the Patriots.
