The B's boss noted that the uncertainty of the offseason and when the 2020-21 campaign might begin creates a number of unanswered questions about how the Bruins are able to build the roster. Neely added that discussions have been ongoing even before Boston was eliminated from the postseason in the second round by the Tampa Bay Lightning.
